The number “0” and the letter “O” are pretty ambigious when it comes to order numbers and verbally reciting them over voice.
People will generally interchange the two either by habit of calling zero’s the letter “O” or misreading them due to their similarity.
So, my process hack would be to exclude those from any order number or other ID that needs to be verbally recited.
Every second saved on the helpdesk is a second extra we get in our lives 🙂
We could also extend this further to exlude similar sounding letters like “N” and “M”.
